| 摘 要： | 通过对比科技型中小企业技术创新的三种模式,指出合作创新模式在整合内外资源、节约科研成本和降低投资风险等方面独具优势,并通过大连宝力摩新材料有限公司与高校院所合作的案例,分析论证合作创新模式对科技型中小企业发展的意义。

| Abstract: | By comparing 3 modes of technical innovation,the essay points out the unique advantages of cooperative innovation on integrating in-and-external resources,saving research costs,as well as lower investment risks.A case study of Dalian Polymer New Material Limited cooperation will be raised to further demonstrate the practical significance of cooperative innovation. |
