| 摘 要： | 合作数字参考咨询是参考咨询服务未来的发展方向。我国合作数字参考咨询服务起步较晚，但近年来已认识到其重要性，北京、上海、广东、浙江等地不少图书馆已建立咨询协作网，努力推行此项服务，取得了一定的成效。广西高校图书馆参考咨询服务的现状却不容乐观，总体上没有跟上时代的发展和用户的需求，与国内其他地区存在着较大的差距。广西高校图书馆合作数字参考咨询服务的实施应借鉴国内外图书馆的成功经验，实行恰当的策略，走符合我区区情和图情的合作数字参考咨询服务的道路。

The paper introduces the general development of collaborative digital reference service, analyzes the present situation of reference services in college libraries of Guangxi and proposes the implementation of collaborative digital reference service. |
