| 摘 要： | 由于现有的中国法制史教材对"活的法律"不够关注,作为中国法制史课程的教师,必须做一个"活的法律"的讲述者,不仅应当讲述历史上法律是怎样规定的,更应当讲解历史上法律是如何实施的,唯有如此,才能向学生展现中国法制史的真实全貌。
