| 摘 要： | 从人力资本投资的视角出发,结合人力资本的概念和特征,综合运用人力资本理论和组织创新理论,在企业现有资源的基础上,构建一个基于人力资本投资的企业虚拟培训组织模型,并简单分析了其运行机制和组织特点。
