韩非的治国方略述论

韩非是先秦法家的集大成者,他一生的基本轨迹可以概括为:研究治理国家的历史经验,研究治国方略,为封建君主服务。治国方略是治理国家应该遵循的基本原则,是治理国家中的具有战略性的指导原则和全盘性的计划、方针、政策和策略。韩非的治国方略主要可以概括为:循天守道、因情而治、赏罚依法、治吏引纲、务力耕战。

Han Fei's Five General Plans for National Running to the Feudal Monarch
