西部地区下岗职工再就业的社会资本研究

根据西部地区的调查资料,运用社会网络和社会资本理论,建立Logistic回归分析模型,分析潜在社会资本、体制资本和人力资本是否影响下岗职工再就业问题。研究结果表明已经或曾经再就业的下岗工人后来就业者相比,社会网络中家人和亲戚为主、网络中成员的职业地位高、高中以上教育程度、男性下岗工人的再就业发生比高;而社会网络规模小、社会网络中成员的地位相似程度高、40岁以上、虽然是党员,但仅为普通工人,不利于搜寻新职业。并提出政府应对西部地区下岗职工再就业提供政策支持、鼓励创业和非正规就业等多种形式就业的政策建议。

An Analysis on Social Capital of Reemployment of Laid-off Employees in China''''s Western Regions

From the theory of social network and social capital, and based on the survey data in western regions of China, the article has built a logistic regression analysis model to analyze whether social capital, system capital and human capital affect the problem of reemployment of laid-off employees. Research results show that comparing the ever or now reemployed employees with the laid-off employees reemployed later, in the social network there is higher reemployment ratio for those with family members and relatives as the main in the network, those with higher occupation status of network members, those with educational level above the high school and male laid-off employees. Those with small- sized social network, higher similarity of occupation status in their social network, and ordinary workers more than 40 years old even though with party membership are not in a advantageous position to find a new job. And policy suggestions are put forward that the government should provide various forms of employment for the laid-off employees in western regions by giving policy support, encouraging to do a pioneering job and abnormal employment, etc.
