| 摘 要： | 宪法保障和人权发展二者相互促进。人权是公民最基本的权利 ,各国宪法都有所规定 ,我国宪法从生存权和发展权等方面给予了切实保障。完善违宪审查、宪法诉讼、宪法解释和宪法修改制度以及设立宪法法院都是实现人权的措施

| Abstract: | The constitution guarantee and the human rights help each other forward. The human rights are the most basic citizen's rights, and every country stipulates. Our constitution gives practical and effective guarantees in many fields, for instance, right of existence, right of development, etc. It is the concrete measures to improve the examination of unconstitutional acts, the proceedings of the constitution, the interpretations of the constitution and the amendments of the constitution, and set up the constitution court and so on. |
