| 摘 要： | 大学生是社会的特殊群体,大学生党员标准的构建是高校党组织发展大学生党员的依据。大学生党员发展工作要全面把握和坚持党章规定的党员条件,结合大学生的特点,既有共性标准,也有个性标准。共性标准是指党章对党员条件所作的总体规定,个性标准则是指党章规定在大学生群体上的具体体现。构建大学生党员标准将为高校大学生党员发展工作提供依据,保证大学生党员质量。
