建筑工程项目成本管理实践探讨

文章对工程项目管理的内涵及构成作了简要的介绍，对工程项目成本管理作了较为深入的探讨，指出了目前工程项目成本管理中存在的主要问题：成本管理意识不强、人员素质不高，责任心不强、忽视工程项目“工期成本”的管理和控制、忽视工程项目“质量成本”的管理和控制、成本核算流于形式等。在此基础上有针对性地提出了强化经济观念，树立全员经济意识；加强目标成本控制；从质量成本管理上要效益；从工期成本控制上要效益；抓好成本预测、预控，认真履行经济合同；提高项目承包班子的整体素质等对策。
