学习者动机与二语习得的关系

摘    要:从多角度阐述了动机的概念,包括动机的定义、分类、重要性以及对外语教学的启示。并从认知、情感、社会环境等因素来分析对动机的影响。通过对大连海事大学2007级英语专业学生学习成绩与学习动机的对比分析来说明动机对二语习得的影响。实践证明,学习者动机对二语习得有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:This article elaborates concept of motivation from multiple perspectives, including motivation definition,classification,importance as well as the enlightenment to foreign language teaching. Based on the factors of cognition, emotion, social environment the paper analyzes the influence on motivation. Through case study of Dalian Maritime University 2007 English majors contrastive analysis is made of the relation between academic record and motivation ,explaining that how motivation influences the sec ond language acquirision. In practice it is proved that the learner's motivation has the important guiding significance to second language acquistion.
