| 摘 要： | 保持国民经济的持续增长,出路在于制度创新。我国20多年的改革开放充分说明了这个问题。然而,我国经济体制中产权残缺的问题,并未得到很好地解决。特别是国有企业的改革,产权问题仍然是改革的难点。文章根据制度创新学派的观点,从理论上分析了国有企业改革中应注意的问题,并提出了实现国家与代理人之间的利益一致,必须建立对代理人选择和监督的法规,以求达到国有企业产权明晰,从而促进经济增长。

| Abstract: | Based on some ideas from western New system theory in ecnomics, the author analyses the current circumstances of china's ecnomic reform and stresses that it is essential for the reform of China's state enterprise to innovate it's system ,particularily to clarify property right ,which up to now is in diffculty, so as to promoto economic development of China . |
