| 摘 要： | 近年来。在中药注射剂得到广泛应用的同时，其所引发的不良后果事件逐渐增多，中药注射剂的安全问题引起了人们的关注。文章首先对中药注射剂的安全现状进行了描述，分析了中药注射剂所引发的不良后果．并重点从生产环节、流通存储环节、使用环节、监管环节入手分析了影响中药注射剂安全的因素．最后从管理的视角提出了中药注射剂的安全策略。

| Abstract: | Recently, with the extensive application of traditional Chinese medicine injections （TCMI）, it has caused more and more negative impact. So people pay more attention to the safety problem of TCMI. The article described the usage of TCMI, analysised the adverse reaction of TCMI, studied at the factors which had effect on TCMI safety in production, storage, usage and direction, proposed the strategy of TCMI safety with the perspective of management. |
