大学生职业生涯规划教育内容与途径研究

摘    要:高校大学生职业生涯规划教育应当分阶段进行,其阶段性内容为:大一阶段以入学教育、专业教育、就业形势、职业意识为主要内容,进行职业生涯规划基础教育;大二、三阶段以职业兴趣测评、职业目标确定、计划拟订、职业实践、交际力培养、综合素质提高为主要内容,进行职业生涯规划专门教育与实践;大四阶段以择业就业观、求职技能、求职心理素质为主要内容,进行择业就业教育。在此基础上,笔者提出了"解剖自我、分析社会、加强准备、目标修正"等大学生个人职业生涯规划途径建议;提出了"完善教育服务机制、开展职业辅导、建设专门队伍、健全职业实践体系、培养综合就业能力"等高校实施职业生涯规划教育的途径建议。
