场域理论视角下的高校体育教师激励机制构建

摘    要:基于场域理论,对高校体育教师的共性需求,高校场域中影响体育教师工作积极性和教学效果的相关因素进行了分析,提出通过完善薪酬福利激励机制、加强高校文化内涵建设、给予体育教师充分自主权和加大高校场域、体育教师习性及其关系的研究力度等建构高校体育教师激励机制,提高体育教师激励效果。

Abstract:This research, from the perspective of the field theory, discusses the common needs of college PE teachers and the related factors that influence their working enthusiasm and teaching effects. It is suggested that college PE teachers' incentive mechanism can be established by improving salary and benefit incentives, strengthening university culture connotation construction, giving teachers full autonomy, and increasing research concerning college fields and teachers' habits and their correlation.
