At present, the industry development of the Internet of Things (IOT) in China faces difficulties such as industry barriers, low scale and collaboration and the relatively isolated application network. The complete IOT should include a national sensing information center, a unified management platform of IOT and an open business management platform, so as to promote networking applications development and various levels of interoperability among various systems. Industry alliance model can promote the integration of resources and the industrial chain work division. The industry alliance model of IOT based on a unified management platform will involve the system integrators who face customers directly, and relevant departments of national government, assisted by telecom operators, who will establish a unified management platform and a business development platform, to integrate the industry chain of the IOT, so that such services as terminals, content, networks and value chains will be provided.
