| 摘 要： | 政府型人力资源中介是我国职业介绍和就业服务的主体,主要包括劳动保障部门设立的公共职业介绍机构和人事部门设立的人才服务机构。政府角色不清、部门之间难以协调合作是制约其发展的主要因素。本文主要对此进行分析,并提出相应的改进措施。

| Abstract: | Governmental human resource agency is the principle part of employment introduction and employmentservice, but the role of the government in confusion and the discrepancy between governmental departments restrict thedevelopment of the human resource agency market. This article analyzes the problems, then puts forward some suggestionsand solutions to promote the development of the governmental human resource agency. |
