两型社会实质是一型社会——以人类的幸福为宗旨的美好社会。它重在构建生态文化与生态文明。因建设两型社会涉及人的利益与自然利益、经济效益与社会价值、当前利益和长远利益、个体利益与集体愿景、人民利益与国家利益之间、国家利益与全球利益之间多方面的利益博弈关系,所以开展起来会面临很多困难。充分认识人与自然关系、个人与企业担当起各自的环保责任、立足长远从小处做起、重视理论对实践的指导作用是建设两型社会的必然选择。
