| 摘 要： | 可持续发展是当今世界发展的课题,本文从决定可持续发展能力的五大重要因素出发,对西藏可持续发展的能力进行了整体判断和具体分析,并在此基础上针对如何提高西藏的可持续发展能力提出了一些建议。

On Sustainable Development in Tibet |

| Abstract: | Sustainable development is the subject in the current world. From the five important factors which determine the sustainable development ability, this article makes a wholly judgment and concrete analysis of the sustainable development, and has proposed some suggestions on how to improve Tibetan sus-tainable development ability on this basis. |
