| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代 ,知识管理是最新型的管理思想和管理方法 ,高等院校作为社会知识生产的重要部门 ,有必要进行知识管理。高等院校知识管理的内容主要包括 :以图书馆馆藏为中心的各记录型知识资源的管理 ,内涵于教职员工头脑中的隐性知识资源的管理以及对注意力资源的管理。
