| 摘 要： | 装备研制项目研制周期长,系统复杂,风险因素多。应用技术成熟度评价和风险管理可有效地对项目风险进行识别,评估。本文分析了技术成熟度和风险管理的概念,研究了两者的相同点和不同点,指出了它们在武器装备研制中结合使用的方向。

| Abstract: | The equipment development project has longer R＆D cycle, complicated system, and too many risk factors. It is effective to use technology readiness assessment （TRA） and risk management （RM） in risk identification and assessment of equipment development project. This paper analyzes the concept of TRA and RM, researches the commonalities and differences between TRA and RM, and points out the trend of using them in combination in equipment development project. |
