| 摘 要： | 承包地是维护农民基本生存的保障,但农民始终面临将土地兑换成现金的巨大诱惑与冲动.即使是按照"自愿有偿的原则"流转农民的土地,大量失地的农民若无法被城镇有效吸纳,仍然滞留于农村,就将演化成一个庞大的"贫农"阶层.由于土地流转而带来的新的社会分化将可能产生对抗性的社会矛盾,引发农村社会阶层甚至阶级的冲突.
