如何看待素质教育问题

摘    要:素质教育是近年来大家关心的热门话题。分析了所谓人的素质的本质,提出了素质的4个层次:为使社会得以正常运行,每一个社会成员都应有的基本素质;为更好地完成本职工作而应有的职业素质;为提高人的生活质量而需要的人文素质;在世界观层次上的认知素质。并对如何具有上述素质提出了建议。

Abstract:Quality education is one of the hot topics of our concern in recent years.In this paper,the author analyzed the essence of human qualities and proposed the four different levels of human qualities:The basic qualities that should be possessed by every member of the society to guarantee that the society can run smoothly. The professional qualifies to guarantee that one can satisfactorily fulfill his own job.The human qualifies that can improve the quality of one's life.The cognitive qualities at the level of world outlook.Ways to cultivate people's qualities are proposed.
