社会主义核心价值体系论纲

人们在长期的社会生产活动中积淀了自身的价值观念，居于中心位置，具有统摄其他价值观念的就是核心价值观。其特征表现为：唯一性、统领性和高度的概括抽象性。社会主义的核心价值观就是以人为本，社会主义核心价值观对象化在“五位一体”的建设上，具体展开就会生成社会主义核心价值体系。经济建设表现为共同富裕、政治建设上表现为民主政治，文化建设表现为人的全面发展，社会建设上表现为公平正义，生态建设上表现为人与自然和谐相处。社会主义核心价值体系再逐步展开和延伸就会形成社会主义核心价值的次级体系和三级体系。

An Outline of the Socialist Core Value System

People have developed the concept of their own value in the long-term social production. Standing in the center, the view of core value dominates other values. The representing features of core value are uniqueness, dominance, and highly generalized abstraction. The core value of socialism is people-orlented, and its object focuses on the construction of ＂ five in one＂. When it is carried out, it will generate the socialist core value system. In economic construction, it supports common prosperity; in political construction, it advocates democratic politics ; in cultural construction, it believes the all-round development of humans ; in social construetion, it asks for equality and justice ; and in ecological construction, it requires the harmony between humans and nature. If it is carried out further, the socialist core value system will develop continuously and generate the secondary and even the third system of socialist core value system.
