| 摘 要： | 冲突是交往中存在的普遍现象,对冲突的性质进行认真的分析和研究,尽量避免破坏性冲突的发生,积极引导和发展建设性冲突,在建设性冲突中通过各种思想激烈的交锋与互相启发,使学生能够在积极、活跃的氛围中将自己的创造潜能最大可能地发挥出来。
