| Abstract: | The present employment pressure in our country and its causes are analyzed, and suggestions are put forward about how to alleviate the pressure, including accelerating the economical development, expanding the employment area, attaching importance to the cultivation and improvement of labor market, promoting the perfect disposal of labor resources and guiding the employment, the case that people waiting for employment to be employed and the sense of employment choice. |
