| Abstract: | Human being's co inheritance of fortunes is a new concept arising only a couple of decades ago. The right that the entire human being co use and co develop the related fortunes is one that is under developing and perfecting. It applies to international seabed, the moon and the other heavenly bodies and their resources. Attention should be paid to such problems as the development and the use of human's co inheritance of fortunes and the impairment and compensation problems resulting from it. |
