| 摘 要： | 本文在对北京城市基础设施投资的结构、特点、与国民经济的比例关系、对经济增长的贡献进行分析、对“十一五”期间城市基础设施建设投资额度进行预测的基础上,提出了北京在“十一五”期间城市基础设施建设投资的对策建议。
