| 摘 要： | 建国以来我国社会阶层结构产生了两次重大的社会变迁,从改革开放前的"金字塔型"向"洋葱头型"转变,现代化的社会阶层结构的雏形已经形成.但要培育合理的现代化"橄榄型"社会结构还需要提供良好的社会环境和政策保障.
