| 摘 要： | 当前 ,制约重庆经济可持续发展的关键是生态环境问题。包括 :水土流失、自然灾害、三峡库区移民、酸雨污染等环境问题。本文对此作了详细的阐述和分析 ,并分别对重庆市的三峡库区、丘陵地区、中低山区提出了近期、中期和远期规划及总体布局。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, the crux restrainning the continuous development of Chongqing economy is the problem of eco-environment which includes soil erosion, natural disaster, immigration of Three Gorges, acid rain and so on. In this article, the author expounds and analyzes the above questions in detail, and puts forward the overall arrangement and programmes in short term, mid term and long term at the places of Three Gorges, hilly land and central area of Chongqing. |
