| 摘 要： | 一项旨在提高企业经营者积极性的年薪制近几年已成为各地国企解困的一种激励方式 ,但在年薪制的设计方案和各地的实际操作过程中存在着许多问题 ,没有达到预期的效果。本文提出对年薪制的构想设计以及与之相配套的几点建议 ,以期对实践有一定的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The annual salary system aimed at arousing the SOE operators’enthusiasm has,in recent years,become the heated topic for the relief of the SOE’s frustration.Anyway many questions arise in the design and implementation of the annual salary system,And the anticipated result hasn’t yet been achieved.In this article the author puts forward some new design as well as some appropriate suggestions,which are expected to be of practical significance. |
