再论发展文化产业的几个问题

发展文化产业的出发点和落脚点,应以人为本,促进人的身心健康和全面发展,促进经济社会的发展,促进社会文明和社会全面进步。从当前文化产业的情况和问题来看,要统一对文化产业的性质的认识,文化产品、特别是精神文化产品不能商品化。为进一步发展文化产业,必须合理开发文化资源,加强文化产业的开拓创新,加大对文化产业的投入,发展产业集团,进一步加强对文化市场的管理。

Some Problems in the Development of Cultural Industry

The starting point and the purpose of developing cultural industry should be based on the humanity in order to improve people's mental and physical health,and their comprehensive development.This also improves the develoment of the economy,society,and the civilization.According to the situation and existing problems of our cultural industry,we must unify our understanding of the nature of cultural industry,and make sure that cultural products,especially the spiritual products, shoud not be commercialized.In order to further develop the cultural industry,it needs to develop the cultural resources reaspmably,to be more innovative in the development of cultural industry,to spend more on it,to develop the industrial groups,and to strengthen the management of cultural market.
