| 摘 要： | 仲裁案件网上审理是将互联网与传统仲裁相结合的审理方式，不仅有利于降低仲裁成本、实现仲裁的公正、便利当事人参加审理，也与网络经济蓬勃发展的趋势相适应。网上审理分为开庭审理和书面审理两种方式，网上开庭审理可分为庭审准备、庭审调查、庭审辩论、评议和作出裁决五个阶段。实施网上审理必须具备观念、法律、技术和人才等方面的条件。

| Abstract: | Online arbitral trial is a trial mode which combines the internet with the traditional arbitration. It is beneficial to lower the cost of the arbitration, guarantee the justice of the arbitration, make arbitration convenient for clients, and accommodates the development of the online economy. The modes of the online trial are oral hearing and documentary hearing. The oral trial includes five stages: preparation, investigation, debate, deliberation and arbitrament. To improve the online arbitral trial, the conditions of view, legislation, technology and talent should be created. |
