产业链视域下电信运营商发展物联网的商业模式研究

物联网已经成为信息产业界甚至全社会的热点，但是物联网的发展并没有像人们预期的那样迅速，原因之一是缺乏有效的商业模式。作为物联网产业链中的关键环节，电信运营商应该发挥重要的作用。在分析物联网产业链构成和价值的基础上，论述了电信运营商寻求产业链拓展的可能性，并提出了强强合作型和全能平台型两种物联网商业模式，为物联网发展创造应用价值和提供参考方法。

Telecom Operator Business Models of Internet of Things under the View of Industrial Chain

Internet of Things has become the focus of information industry and even the whole society. But the Internet of Things has not rapidly developed as people expected. One of the reasons is that an effective business model has been found. As an important link, telecom operators should play an import role in the Industrial chain. On the basis of analyzing the composition and value of the Industrial chain, this paper discusses the possibility of the telecom operators seeking to expand the industrial chain, and proposes a Strong-Strong cooperative business model of Internet of Things and a versatile platform business model of Internet of Things, which will create application value and provide reference method for the development of Internet of Things.
