| 摘 要： | 勇于变革、善于斗争的湘籍无产阶级革命家群体,在大浪淘沙的中国革命斗争中脱颖而出.分析湘籍无产阶级革命家群体的形成过程,可以得出如下形成特点:倔强性格演绎成群体人才结构的畸形性,群体形成的帮带性,群体形成的教育开发性.如今,湘籍无产阶级革命家群体的精神继续鼓舞着湖南人民和全国人民,高举建设有中国特色社会主义的伟大旗帜,为社会主义和谐社会和小康社会努力奋斗.
