| Abstract: | The article summarizes and expounds the five characteristics of Mao Zedong's thoughts on constructing advanced culture:advocating the dignity and characteristics of the nation;holding high the banner of science and insisting on the direction of advanced culture;return the excellent achievements in culture to people and attach importance to the advancing of quality of thought,knowledge and culture;advocating inheriting and using foreign culture;actively advocating innovative spirit to promote the development of Chinese culture,science and technology,and the overall progress of the society. |
