新型农民的组织培养的内涵和推动机制

摘    要:新型农民的组织培养是充分利用组织资源,推进组织学习,提高农民技能,增强农民组织意识,实现新型农民个体和组织共同发展的培养方式。有效的机制和工具可以提高组织培养的效率。本文研究了建立持续不断学习机制、建立亲密合作关系、建立彼此联系网络、培养知识共享观念、培养创新发展精神、传授系统存取方法、确立能力建设目的等推动机制和实践社区在新型农民的组织培养中的应用。

Abstract:The new farmers′ training by organization is the way organizing resource,pushing forward the organizing learning,improving their skills,strengthening their organization consciousness,realizing the targets of the new farmers′ training and organizing development.The effective mechanism and implement can improve the efficiency of organization training.This paper discusses the application of the pushing mechanisms and practice communities to new farmers′ training by organization,which includes building up continual learning mechanism,building up the relationship of cooperation and communication network,cultivating the concept of sharing knowledge and innovative and development spirit,teaching the method of system access,determining the purpose of developing ability.
