| 摘 要： | 随着时代的发展和高等院校全面素质教育的实施,高等院校实验室的建设和管理发生了诸多新变化,呈现出了功能多样化、管理多样化、实验内容动态化、实验技术复杂化现代化等特点。针对这些新特点,并结合实验室建设和管理的经验,从提高实验室的教学功能和经济服务功能、鼓励教学内容和教学方法的创新等方面,对高校实验室建设和管理提出了一些有益的建议。

| Abstract: | With situation developing and enforcing of quality education,the construction and administration of university laboratory showed many new characteristics,including the variety of function and administration,dynamic changes of laboratory teaching content and ways.On the base of the new characteristics and experience on lab coustruction and administration,some reasonable suggestions are given in improving the capacity of teaching and ecnomic serving in addition to some new ideas about lab teaching and teachers training. |
