| 摘 要： | 自1999年我国高校扩招以来,大学毕业生就业难的趋势越来越严峻。通过运用描述性统计分析和差异显著性检验分析对非人力资本因素在大学毕业生求职过程中的作用进行定量研究表明,非人力资本因素在大学毕业生求职中倾向于起较强的作用;非人力资本因素有利于提升大学毕业生的求职能力。如果大学毕业生个体在求职中加以重视并培育相应的能力,会对大学毕业生成功获得职业大有裨益。

| Abstract: | Since 1999,universities have expanded enrollment.University graduating students are hard to find jobs and the tendency is becoming more and more rigorous.The text analyzes the main factors of non-human capital and confirms its connotation and extension,trying to use empirical research to quantitatively analyze the function of non-human capital factors in the process of finding jobs for university graduating students.If it can help university graduating student individuals perform well in seeking employment and obtain occupation successfully,it is of great value. |
