翻译不单单是两种语言之间的转换,更多的是两种文化之间的交流与碰撞。因此在教学中,必须充分认识到异域文化导入的重要性。不同民族间在文化历史、思维方式、风俗习惯、民族心理方面的差异,构成了语义理解中的障碍。只有克服这些文化上的差异才能获得跨文化交际的成功。

The Introduction to Culture in Translation Teaching
