新农村建设中破解农民政治参与低效能对策分析

农民政治参与是公民有序参与政治的一大内容。当前我国农民政治参与陷入一种"高政治参与率下的低政治参与质量"怪圈。通过对存在问题的原因分析,提出破解农民政治参与低效能的对策,即发展农村教育事业;加强基层民主法治理念的普及和宣传;探索农村电子政务建设;提高基层干部队伍素质。

The Building of New Countryside Farmer Crack Political Participation Inefficient Countermeasures

Farmers and political participation is an orderly political participation of citizens one of the major elements.At present,China,peasant and political participation into a "high rate of political participation and political participation under the low-quality" vicious circle.I cause problems by analysis,propose cracking inefficient response to the peasants of political participation,namely,the development of rural education,strengthening grass-roots popularity of the concept of democracy,the rule of law and advocacy,exploring the building of e-government in rural areas,improve the quality of the grass-roots cadres.
