商业银行绩效考核体系研究

摘    要:近年来,商业银行都十分重视绩效考核体系建设,逐步形成了以经济资本、经济增加值等为核心内容的考核体系,但绩效考核体系还存在风险和收益未完全匹配、短期激励与长期激励不协调、考核的全面性与科学性仍需提高、员工参与度仍要加强等缺陷。因此,要进一步完善绩效考核机制,制定科学全面合理的指标体系,建立绩效考核体系的外部监管机制。

Abstract:In recent years,the commercial banks value the developments of performance appraisal system,therefore they develop the performance appraisal system whose core is economic capital and economic value added etc.But there are some shortage in performance appraisal system.For example,the risk doesn,t match with the income,the short encourage doesn,t match with the long encourage,the appraisal isn,t comprehensive and scientific and small employees participate.So the performance appraisal system need be perfected,...
