抗战时期毛泽东对陕甘宁边区经济工作的指导思想与实践

抗日战争进入相持阶段以后，面对陕甘宁边区空前的经济和财政困难，毛泽东提出了一系列指导经济发展、解决财政困难的思想，这些思想的提出和实践不仅帮助边区政府和军民及其它根据地渡过了暂时困难，而且为以后根据地的发展和中国革命的最后胜利奠定了坚实基础。文章对毛泽东在这一时期提出的关于陕甘宁边区经济建设的指导思想以及边区政府和军民的具体实践作了阐述与分析。

Mao Zedong's Guiding Ideology on Economic Work of Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region and Its Practice during Anti-Japanese War

When the War of Resistance Against Japan entered into a stalemate, in the face of unprece- dented economic and financial difficulties Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region suffered then, Mao Zedong presented a series of guiding ideology with regard to developing economy and overcoming the financial difficulties. The presentation and practice of such ideology not only helped the government, the army and the people of the border region and other anti-Japanese base areas overcome temporal difficulties, but laid a solid foundation for further development of anti-Japanese base areas and for final victory of the Chinese revolution. This paper intends to make an investigation into and analysis on the guiding ideology presented by Mao Zedong on economic construction in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region during that period, and on the practice by the government, the army and the people of the border region.
