| 摘 要： | 进入20世纪90年代以来,适应经济全球化趋势发展和加入世界贸易组织的新形势,以江泽民为核心的第三代领导集体,继承和发展了马克思主义经典作家和邓小平理论的对外开放思想,提出了"引进来"和"走出去"相结合的对外开放战略,并增添了许多具有时代特征的新内容.
