| 摘 要： | 新文明需要新视野，新文明代表新视野。生态文明作为一种全新的文明，其“新”表现在四个方面：在发展观视野中，生态文明追求的是可持续发展观；在价值观视野中，生态文明追求人与自然和谐共存；在权力观视野中，生态文明追求的是可持续发展的权力观；在道德观视野中，生态文明追求的是生态道德观。
