| 摘 要： | 基层党务干部队伍建设是高等学校党建工作的重要组成部分,在当前新形势下,高等学校基层党务干部队伍建设还存在诸多的问题和困难,这就要有针对性的加以改进和解决。其主要思路和对策是:党委要加强对基层党务干部队伍建设的领导,严把人才“入口关”;加强基层党务人才培养工作;不断增强基层党务干部队伍的开拓创新能力;加强对基层党务干部队伍的考核、监督和管理。

| Abstract: | The college Party work cadre team building plays an important role in the development of the Party.Under the current new situation,the college Party work cadre team building faces a lot of problems and difficulties,which need to be pertinently solved and overcome.The main idea and the countermeasures are as follows:Firstly,the Party committee should reinforce the leadership of cadre team and make sure the capable person serve at the cadre position;Secondly,emphasizing the importance of personnel training;Thirdly,improving innovational abilities of the Party work cadre team;Finally,strengthening the examination,supervision and management of the college Party work cadre team. |
