当前高师改革趋势与教育学院的生存发展

本文从当前我国高等师范教育改革的宏观背景入手 ,就省级教育学院的生存与发展问题提出看法与思考。认为目前我国轰轰烈烈的高师教育改革有其深刻的历史原因和时代背景 ,其趋势呈现为综合性、开放性、学术性等特征。在这种情况下 ,教育学院生存与发展的关键是要抓住机遇 ,加大改革力度 ,加快发展步伐 ,在主任务、主阵地 ,教研一体 ,师资队伍建设 ,基地建设 ,现代教育技术和远程教育等问题上能够有所突破

The Tendency of the Current Reform of the Teacher Education of Higher Learning and the Survival and Development of Institutes of Education

Proceeding from the macro background of the current reform of the teacher education of higher learning, this article put forth some perceptions and reflections on the survival and development of the provincial institutions of education. It maintains that the current vigorous reform of teacher education of higher learning has its profound historical reason and background of the times. The tendency of the reform manifests it features as integrated, open and academic. Under such circumstances the key to the survival and development is to seize the opportunity, attach greater importance, speed up the development, make breakthroughs in such issues as major tasks, key areas, combination of teaching and research, building teaching staff, capital construction, modern teaching technology, and distance education.
