| 摘 要： | 独立学院的试办不仅是对高等教育办学体制改革的一种大胆探索,同时也开辟了扩大高等本科教育资源和办学规模的新渠道。本文阐述了独立学院产生的重要性,并认为独立学院其立院之本在于“利用新体制,开创新模式”。
