镇江综合经济实力及动态变化分析

从规范分析和实证分析、指标分析与SWOT分析相结合的角度,可以透视出镇江经济发展已具有相当的规模,国民经济运行已步入递增式快速发展的轨道,综合经济实力不断增强。但镇江的经济总量规模和平均水平与苏南板块其他城市相比有较大的差距;镇江产业结构的调整还存在结构性偏差;现代服务业发展缓慢,工业企业技术创新能力较弱。因此,要进一步提高镇江的综合经济实力,应大力推进和实施沿岸发展战略、跨越式发展战略、体制创新战略等十大战略。

An Analysis of Zhenjiang's Overall Economic Strength and Its Dynamic Development

From the combined use of normative analysis, positive analysis, index analysis and strengths-weaknesses-opportunities-threats (SWOT) analysis, we can see that Zhenjiang's economy has reached a considerable scale, the national economy has embarked on a way of rapid and steady growth, and its economic strength is constantly building up. But in economic gross scale and average level, Zhenjiang still lags behind the other cities in southern Jiangsu. Besides, it still suffers from structural deflection in the adjustment of industrial structure, the development of its modern service industry is relatively slow, and its potentials of technical innovation are not strong enough. Therefore, to raise Zhenjiang's overall economic strength, Zhenjiang municipal government should energetically and effectively implement the ten strategies such as the strategy of developing economy along the Yangtze, the strategy of following a frog-leaping development mode, and the strategy of establishing innovation system.
