| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、实验、数理统计相结合的方法，结合教学实践，根据高校游泳教学的特点，在教学中运用程序教学法。结果表明，程序教学法能有效地改变传统的游泳教学模式，提高教学效果，有利于教学任务的顺利完成。

| Abstract: | Literature, experimental and mathematical statistics combination of methods are applied in the research. Together with teaching practice, according to characteristics of swimming teaching in the UNIVERSITYs, The way of process teaching is used. The results showed that teaching procedures are effective in changing the traditional mode of teaching swimming, improving teaching results, and is helpful to the completion of the teaching mission. |
