摘    要:新型超声造影剂(超声微泡)的开发已经逐渐成为超声医学的研究热点。该文综述了各类靶向超声微泡在外周血管疾病的超声诊断领域中的研究进展,尤其是在动脉粥样硬化早期诊断和分子影像中的应用。同时还深入阐述了靶向超声微泡在剪切流场下与血管内皮细胞之间的黏附动力学规律,为靶向超声微泡最终广泛应用于临床提供了实验依据和参考信息。
